Court Diversion & Technical Community Service

A 100% tuition-free, trackable technical educational diversion program replacing punitive juvenile hours with hands-on PC hardware assembly, Python/AI architecture, and 3D digital fabrication credentials across Cook and Will Counties, Illinois.

How Our Compliance System Works

1

Direct Case Manager Intake & Referral

Public defenders, probation officers, and court coordinators submit student referrals using our simple 1-page intake form. Youth are assigned a trackable digital learning account immediately.

2

Hybrid Educational Service Hours

Youth earn mandatory community service hours through online technical vault masterclasses, coding modules, and hands-on pop-up PC build workshops hosted across Cook & Will Counties.

3

Verified Monthly Certificate Delivered to Court

Director of Compliance Nina Flanagan provides signed, itemized monthly compliance certificates directly to probation officers and public defenders with exact timestamped hours.

3 Technical Service Learning Tracks

Track 1: Online AI & Python Vault

Students log timestamped learning hours mastering Python scripting, local AI model deployment (ComfyUI), and digital workflow automation with verified video module quizzes.

Track 2: PC Hardware Build & Diagnostic Lab

Hands-on open-bench PC assembly workshops where youth build, repair, and diagnose desktop workstations using CompTIA A+ diagnostic tools and GPU components.

Track 3: 3D Printing & Digital Fabrication

CAD design and high-speed 3D printing workshops where youth fabricate physical enclosure prototypes and master digital manufacturing tools.
