Phase 1: Online Digital Vault Masterclasses & Remote Labs

AIVillage delivers Phase 1 masterclasses and technical modules 100% online through our Digital Learning Vault with zero physical overhead! Phase 2 establishes our permanent dedicated physical tech center facility upon grant expansion funding ($185,000 budget).

PROGRAM 1 — HARDWARE & INFRASTRUCTURE

The PC Building & Hardware Diagnostics Track

Delivery Format: Virtual Hardware Diagnostic Workshops (Phase 1) → Permanent Physical Open-Bench Lab (Phase 2).
Youth master desktop hardware components, GPU architecture, RAM diagnostics, power supply testing, cable management, and OS configuration aligned with CompTIA A+ certification standards.

Key Student Outcome: Student hardware portfolio & CompTIA A+ exam readiness.
PROGRAM 2 — ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & CODING

Local AI Architecture & Node Automation (ComfyUI & Python)

Delivery Format: Online Digital Vault Masterclasses & Remote GPU Server Workflows.
Powered by our local AI GPU inference server rig (NVIDIA RTX 4090s, liquid cooling), youth learn local model hosting without cloud subscription fees. Students master node-based workflow automation in ComfyUI, prompt architecture, and beginner Python automation scripts.

Key Student Outcome: Published local AI node workflows & Python automation scripts retained in our Digital Vault.
PROGRAM 3 — DIGITAL MANUFACTURING

3D Printing & CAD Digital Fabrication Suite

Delivery Format: Virtual CAD Design Workshops (Phase 1) → Permanent Physical 3D Fabrication Lab (Phase 2).
Hands-on digital fabrication utilizing high-speed FDM and resin 3D printers. Youth learn 3D CAD modeling, STL file slicing, printer operation, filament physics, and custom enclosure prototyping for electronics.

Key Student Outcome: Physical 3D printed custom prototypes and CAD engineering designs.
PROGRAM 4 — LEGAL & COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE

Technical Court Diversion & Community Service Pathway

Delivery Format: Tracked Online Vault Hours & Remote Interactive Workshops.
100% tuition-free, trackable community service alternative replacing punitive juvenile hours with technical skill building and verified attendance reporting to probation officers and public defenders.

Key Student Outcome: Verified court-mandated service hours, zero recidivism, and career credentials.
